A great sake touji (brew master) told me that some sake is not meant for drinking in large quantities.
Especially premium "daiginjo" sake which usually has both great and understated flavors & sophisticated tastes; that one enjoys better when consumed in small amounts.

Starting this fall, kasadela would like to feature more 食前酒 aperitifs.
