Winter Seasonal Specials

We have a few new additions to our seasonal specials
as well as some old favorites that have returned

Buta no Kakuni
Simmered Pork belly with ginger, served w/ mustard on the side
Pairs well with a crisp, dry sake
.

Yu Tofu
Literally translates as tofu in hot water. A traditional yet simplistic dish; a winter staple, especially when mom's tired. :-)
Besides soft tofu, the hot-pot also contains: shitake mushroom, hakusai cabbage, carrot, and scallions in a kelp broth served with ponzu sauce on the side; a vegan delight.

Jaga Butter
Hashed potatoes and jalapeno pan-fried in butter; a great snack.

Grilled Salmon Salad
Grilled fillet of salmon served on a bed of mixed greens,
topped with a miso-vegetable dressing.

Kari Kari Chicken
Fried shredded-potato coated chicken breast strips.
Welcome back old friend.

Please, visit again soon for the sake update. We have been carefully selecting new sake for our menu and are quite excited, stay tuned.
