We are proud that our menus provide a number of options many being vegetarian/vegan friendly, but all across the board balanced and tasty. We appreciate all the love and support we've received since 2003 (can you believe it!?) We believe in a few basic principles that hold like stone, so that's what this house is built on. I speak of hospitality, honesty, and fresh ingredients prepared right here in house.

summer staple in Japan and now available at Kasadela.

Who minds a little bone in their fish here or there?

To those that do, we are sorry. However, we purchase our fish fresh and whole, rather than pre-cut, pre-packaged, and frozen. This delivers the best results though it means harder work, longer prep time, but done with 真心 full heart. We slice our own fillets and try our best to remove bones, but not at the expense of a beautiful, well-prepared and flavorful dish that will translate as nothing less than excellent to your palate.
